Key Requirements: Must hold an RN designation. Must possess skilled nursing /management skills, and have long term care experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for hiring, training and managing staff
- Budget management and quality assurance
- Ensuring a high degree of resident care in accordance with established operational standards
- Motivating the nursing staff
- Director of Nursing Services position experience preferred.
- Must have current/active state Nursing license.
- Minimum of 5 years required, with experience in long term care.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, and demonstrate excellent skills in priority setting and follow through on complex projects, as well as proven skills in department organization.
- Must have strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to motivate others.
