Onward Healthcare is looking for an Occupational Therapist to fill an immediate need in an in-state long term care / skilled nursing ! facility. The OTs primary responsibilities will be to evaluate resident's conditions, develop treatment plans, and help restore day-to-day functionality.
This particular occupational therapy position at this skilled nursing facility (SNF) will be contract based and provide competitive base bay and medical benefits. Relocation may also be provided for non-local candidates.
Occupational Therapist will be responsible for:
Evaluate patient’s medical history
Measure patient’s basic motor functions
Formulate patient’s goals and develop a treatment plan
Establish a daily routine and timeline
Assess patient’s progress
Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants and aides

Position Requirements for a SNF Occupational Therapist Job:
Ac! tive in-state Occupation Therapy license
LTC/SNF experienc! e preferred but not required
