We're expanding our busy inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant/Oncology unit. These nurses provide multidisciplinary care for patients in medical/surgical oncology; medicine overflow; oncology/hematology requiring active cancer treatment; post-operative care; chemotherapy/biotherapy administration; radiation treatments/implants; autologous, allogeneic and cord blood stem cell transplants and subsequent supportive measures. The typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4 on days 1:5 on nights.
What we’re looking for:
Nursing degree from an NLNAC or CCNE accredited school, BSN strongly preferred
An unrestricted, CO RN license (or able to obtai! n one)
Current AHA BLS
At least 1 year med/s! urg/oncology experience in an acute, inpatient hospital
Able to work rotating shifts
Strongly prefer ONS and OCN
