The Washington Commanders are looking for part-time seasonal staff for our 50/50 raffle! Be a part of a big win for a good cause! The 50/50 raffle staff member will play an important role in the transaction when a fan purchases a raffle ticket online for the chance to win 50% of the game’s total jackpot. The remainder jackpot benefits the Washington Commanders Charitable Foundation in youth programs throughout the region, impacting more than 179,000 children annually. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to learn more about our Foundation, Community Relations while also offering guests the chance to win cash prizes!

Responsibilities and Duties
- Work all home games supporting the 50/50 raffle tickets.
- Approach guest pregame, and in-game with raffle information and charity information by communicating and educating potential prospects to the 50/50 raffle rules and regulations.
- Act as an ambassador and spread awareness of the 50/50 raffle and charity initiatives to our guests.
- Work all home games supporting the 50/50 raffle tickets.
- Organize, set up, and break down equipment before and after every game.
- Utilize payment processing technology
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Effective verbal communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to commute to FedEx Field and commit to the entire Washington Commanders home schedule and potential playoff games.
- Detail oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a high-stress and fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and team-player attitude.
- Able to work all home games evenings, weekends, and holidays at FedEx Field
- Able to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and climb stairs.
