The Department of Medicine is currently seeking to hire a Staff Research Associate I. The main responsibility of this role is to provide assistance in Cardiology enrollment for the UCLA Institute for Precision Health AtLAs study using a patient self-guided video consenting process. The key duties include: Identifying the most effective strategies for patient outreach and staff support in the self-guided video consenting process, both in individual outpatient cardiology practices and inpatient cardiology services at UCLA. You will also implement and expand these identified best practices with the support of CTSI RAP (Clinical and Translational Science Institute Research Acceleration Program). Finally, you will also conduct regular performance evaluations of recruitment efforts. In this role, you must be capable of adapting to changing priorities and schedules/timelines. Furthermore, you should possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and oral communication abilities. Target hourly rate: $25.75-$30.71
