Colorado’s largest health care provider is seeking a pharmacy clinical coordinator at its Flagship Hospital location. This is a management position with personnel responsibilities for the clinical staff. In addition to requisite experience, candidates should have completed a residency or be BCPS certified. In lieu of these qualifications, demonstrated experience in the following areas may be considered: managing personnel, managing medication utilization and costs, developing order sets and protocols, P&T committee preparation and involvement, providing medication education to physician and nursing associates as a pharmacy liaison, assessing quality improvement projects, developing tools and measuring staff competency, and coordinating drug usage evaluation. Demonstrated clinical experience in hospital pharmacy practice for at least 3-5 years is desired.
