Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network is expanding and seeking a full-time licensed Manager to oversee clinical and administrative operations of the agency's Crisis Response Team (CRT). CRT provides 24/7 intervention, support, and assessment to individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community. Responsibilities include administrative and clinical supervision, oversight of day-to-day operations including clinical interventions and assessments, schedules, utilization management, budget management, staff training, ! and enhancing community partnerships. Ideal candidate will be team-oriented, hands-on, and strong in developing teams with competency in emergency clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions. History of leadership in managed care environments required. Three years experience on crisis response teams, Master's degree and Colorado clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) required.
