Designated as a Level IV Trauma Center, includes a newly remodeled 24-hour Emergency department with three trauma bays, one surgery suite, one recovery room, one endoscopy room, and one outpatient surgery suite.
The Picture Archive Communications System, a filmless radiology system,! is among the newest technological advances available, as is a! two-bed Sleep Study Lab staffed by a registered technologist who specializes in sleep disorders.
With 155 employees, we are one of the area's largest employers. It has 11active staff physicians and benefits from the services of 55 volunteers.

Responsibilities:
- The CNO establishes the vision for and provides leadership in the delivery of excellent patient care and in the achievement of a variety of facility/regional/system initiatives.
- Oversees direct patient care activities and clinical education and development.
- High performance is essential in improving operational effectiveness; assuring customer satisfaction, clinical excellence, physician and employee satisfaction; and in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Participates in deci! sions impacting the facility and operational performance
- May be a member of the regional leadership team and participates in activities related to regional strategies.
- The CNO may assume full administrative responsibility in the absence of the CEO.
- Customers of this position are both internal and external, including leadership, staff, medical staff, regulatory agencies, and the community.
- Requires licensure as a professional nurse in the state of practice.
- Masters of Science degree is required. Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree must be in Nursing.
- Clinical and management experience demonstrating progressive leadership development and competency i! s also required
