Provide continuous leadership and assume accountability for the delivery of patient care within the Telemetry Unit in partnership with another Telemetry Manager. Responsi! ble for overseeing operations including performance improvement, clinical outcomes, human resource and fiscal management, and providing supervision within a multi-disciplinary team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
Five years hospital/clinical nursing experience and one year nursing leadership experience.
Telemetry/Cardiac Experience
Charge Nurse Experience
Experience with leading and faciliating clinical teams towards creating the best patient experience and performance improvement.
Experience with informatics systems and principles.
In addition to the responsibilities described above, the role may include other responsibilities and duties as assigned, based upon Exempla needs or requirements.
Current RN License in the State of Colorado in good standing.
BCLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
ACLS Certification.
PREFERRED QUAL! IFICATIONS: Masters in Science of Nursing.
