Job Description for NICU nurse:
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN provides critical care to premature babies, babies who have experience complications during delivery, or ones who develop problems after birth. The NICU nurse needs highly specialized skills in the assessment and care of neonates and sick infants. Most NICUs, or special care nurseries, are staffed by a specialized team of doctors, NICU nurses, and other medical professionals.

Requirements for Neonatal Nurse Jobs:
