Seeking full-time case manager to provide extensive outreach to clients referred to our Crisis Intervention Team. Responsibilities include the coordination of services that clients receive after referral from a CIT law enforcement officer, assessment of the immediate needs of the individual with the goal of crisis stabilization, and assistance with linkage to appropriate mental health, substance abuse, and medical providers. Bachelor's degree in human services required. Basic knowledge of mental illness as well as standard therapeutic practic! es of clinical intervention for individuals, groups and families required.
