In-service and educate end users on new medical devices, equipment, or protocols in the clinical setting (acute care, ! long-term care, home health)
The particular products being educated on are wound care products and other devices used in the home care setting
Provide education and consultation in support of customer needs and sales goals : Manage key activities related to product conversions in select facilities (clinical evaluation and education) Assess customer needs and develop tools and strategies to resolve issues. Assist in the development and delivery of CE programs and product-related in-service education to support key customers. Serve as a key clinical and educational contact for customers using our products and implementing product conversions. Follow-up with key accounts and customers to assess unmet education and clinical needs as it relates to successful product implementation.
Collaborate with critical functional areas within division: Provide clinical and professional expertise to internal and external customers. Provide customer feedback to corporate te! ams to improve new and existing products. Serve as an educatio! n and clinical resource to the Field Sales team for products.
Experience Required:
Registered Nurse RN degree/Current RN license required Bachelors Degree BSN preferred Critical Care (ICU, CCU, ER) experience preferred Wound Care experience required Leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Clinical Educator, Preceptor) preferred Excellent Communications Skills High Energy Individual Enjoys Presenting to Groups Customer Focused Must be willing to travel 80%
