Savoury Fare are looking for experienced Baristas & Food and Beverage assistantants who are enthusiastic & fast learners to join our team. This will be a great experience, as the succesful candidates will be part of opening our newest restaurant in Shannonbridge.
We have a team-oriented work environment and need individuals who are motivated to excel and to share their knowledge with customers about our products.
This position is PERMANENT & FULL-TIME and require committed, experienced and reliable individuals with a passion for coffee/homemade food, an appetite to learn and possess fantastic customer service. The ideal candidates are people who are passionate about coffee, food and creating wonderful customer experiences based on respect, empathy, and recognition. Responsibilities:
- Excellent and friendly customer service
- Accurate cash handling and operation of POS system
- Stocking out pastries, cookies, etc. for sale. Restocking products as necessary
- Provides high-level of coffee service during busy hours
- Up keeping our high cleanliness standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- 1 years experience in the cafe, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Team Player and work well under pressure.
- Barista or service experience, minimum one year
- Hard working, friendly and passionate about your career.
- Available to work full-time
- Legally entitled to work in Ireland,
- LOVE food and coffee and wants to keep on learning,
- FLUENT in English,
- Have a positive attitude and great people skills,
- Be confident and have a friendly personality,
- Reliable, honest and have loads of initiative,
- Available to work weekend and be flexible with hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: €11.30-€12.50 per hour
