The opportunity
The Team Leader - Support Technology EMEA/APAC leads the EMEA/APAC Support Technology team located in Luxembourg, Mireval (France) and Kunshan (China).
The primary purposes of this position are:
- Own technical competency and capability development for IT infrastructure supporting tire testing. This includes associate competency development, technology development, and knowledge management.
- Drive enhancement of IT infrastructure for PE EMEA/APAC in alignment with key stakeholders inside and outside of PE.
- Ensure effective IT system support to EMEA/APAC PE teams to maintain lab and road testing operations.
- Perform strategic planning to capture future capability/capacity needs and execute the respective plans.
- Manage the workflow of the Support technology team including facilitation of task prioritization and workload visualization.

Education:
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (a Master’s is preferred).
Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Experience:
- Working experience in tire manufacturing or related industry (5 years)
- Experience in programming
- Experience in leading operations including people management and scheduling (2+ years)
- Project management experience – ideally related to IT development projects
- Exposure to highly visible, high urgency situations (required)
