Insurance Account Specialist (Remote) [United States]

We are seeking an Insurance Account Specialist who is committed to providing incredible service to our clients and customers. This role provides crucial support to our clients and our service delivery team by processing requests and responding to inquiries while growing their career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Builds relationships with clients and insureds to support client retention and revenue growth.

    Operate client systems and process insurance tasks (Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, quoting, etc.)
  • Identify, create, and improve processes to complete daily tasks and get things done for your customers
  • Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and optimize turnaround time
  • Thoughtfully and accurately handle questions and concerns via phone, chat, and email
  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
  • Collaborate with our diverse, global teams to meet client needs and accomplish tasks

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of insurance experience required
  • 1+ years commercial property & casualty insurance preferred
  • Active insurance licensure or the ability to study for and successfully pass the Property and Casualty state licensing exam for your state in the first 30 days of employment
  • Insurance-related designations are preferred (e.g. CISR, CPCU, etc.)
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
