Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative will exemplify the values of our client which include personal commitment, integrity and teamwork. The Representative will be responsible for deliver ing value and enhance our clients and physician practices by p romoting, via telesales , Accera’s products in the medical community for an assigned geographical area in accordance with the marketing direction . The Representative is responsible for meeting sales quota, call attainment objectives and growth goals as a member of the sales team . The Inside Sales Representative acts as a primary support to our sales territories not covered by a sales representative and the Regional Directors . T he Inside Sales Representative ’s greatest and most challenging role is to maintain health care practitioner’s interest and usage of Axona, along with encouraging them to participate in clinical experience teleconferences and meetings. The majority of the day is spent making targeted outbound recruitment calls to physicians and their support team at their office. Assistance is provided in reaching and generating known leads.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages a territory of health care providers (HCP), providing excellence in customer service with a pleasant and friendly style
  • Responds to incoming customer inquiries in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Quickly establish a strong outbound calling work ethic and maintain a high level of recruitment productivity daily
  • Maintains the current Axona business and prospects for new Axona business
  • Ability to manage complaints and upset or frustrated customers in a professional, calm and understanding manner keeping the best interest of the customer and the company at hand.
  • Maintains customer contact information to support the sales team and business
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to assist with customer requests and needs
  • Develops an intimate knowledge of the customers and their needs and is capable of building and maintaining a long-term relationship with the customer
  • Operates with a sense of urgency on behalf of the customer (HCP)
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
  • Strives for accuracy and has an eye for detail
  • Experience with automated information systems as a means of analyzing the customers situation
  • Proactively makes suggestions on any improvements to the systems, processes & programs to better enhance the call center performance and capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Attends and participates in sales meetings, training classes, seminars, conventions, and other business activities
  • Adheres to company policies, procedures, business ethics and shared values
Experience Requirements:
  • 2-3 years customer service principles and practices
  • Minimum 1 year in tele-sales role
  • Minimum 2 years selling to healthcare professionals
  • Focused on recruitment and customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of healthcare providers (Physicians, Nurses, etc.) a plus
Skill Requirements:
  • Ability to understand and communicate clinical and therapeutic information
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications (MS Office: Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Solid interpersonal skills in a home office environment needed to be effective in this role
  • Excellent communication skills required â€" both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently, advanced listening skills and solid attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt, grow and change with the business
  • Possesses a high level of initiative â€" A self starter
  • Ability to work successfully under stress and pressure
Education Requirements :
  • Bachelors Degree
Candidate must reside in Greater Denver (Broomfield, Colorado) area. No relocation offered.
