Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!
- Commitment for Schneider Production System implementation.
- Conduct inspection of the product based on inspection checklist, approved for construction drawings, customer’s special requirements (noted on the “Request for Manufacture” form), technical guide related to the product under inspection, applicable international standards such as IEC, NEMA & others.
- Conduct In-Line Testing of the product and equipment as necessary and to issue the corrected “As Manufactured” drawing to design office.
- Clarify to concerned section for any ambiguous design and to raise non-conformity for defective components.
- Conduct training to QC staff for various product and equipment depending on the approved list if required.
- Perform customer inspection and assist project Managers/Design office in finalizing the customer comments.
- Conduct customer quality claim investigation when requested.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the Equipment manufactured in compliance with the rules of art, technical guides, engineering drawings,. and ensure the safety of persons and property in the working area.
- Conduct final inspection & control testing of the assembled Switchboards (including automation, supervision, remote networking ..) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop customer centric culture during the FAT.
Qualifications
About You
- Manufacturing quality processes experience is required.
- Mechatronics Engineering bachelor’s degree.
- 2 - 4 years experience.
