Post by Jobing - Job Number 1160 Title CNA Department Paraprofessional Services Location Denver Work Schedule On Call Responsibilities Assists in activities of daily living and other ! skilled personal care needs as directed by the plan of care. Provides consistently high quality care in accordance with the plan of care and Agency policies.2.Maintains and enhances skills needed to provide quality care; attends classes within the Agency or externally as needed to update skills; completes a minimum of twelve inâ€"service training hours annually.3.Communicates with primary caregiver as needed regarding plan of care.4.Meets clients needs within their scope of practice, and represents the Agency positively by being a cooperative and willing caregiver. Acts as a dependable caregiver to client and Agency, by completing and submitting required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, regularly communicating with the Agency scheduler regarding their caseload, and using the telephonic reporting system. Completion of an approved educational program for Nurses Aides.
Active Colorado CNA license and current CPR certification required. Nurse Assistant ! in a nursing home, hospital, or other health facility a plus. ! Recent CNA graduate will be considered. Salary Range
