Full time, Part time, and Per diem Family Practice NP/PA Providers
SUMMARY:
Join our established team of certified Family Practice Physicians and Mid Level clinicians in providing excellent primary care to the underserved population of Boulder County and the Denver Metro area.
We are looking for dedicated, per diem, and part time certified fami! ly practice Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who e! njoy practicing in a primarily Spanish-speaking, nationally recognized, community health care setting.

Some details of the position include; flexible schedule, collegial, consulting-focused work environment. Fully established electronic medical record. 3 weeks of new provider orientation including professional EMR training. CFHS providers are exposed to creative and resourceful means to manage patient care within a progressive, team-based, certified medical-home, care model.
Compensation and benefits are competitive. Clinica offers generous PTO, paid holidays and CME. Full time and part time federal and state loan repayment available to those who qualify.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program, national certification, valid CO license and DEA, three years of experience in ambulatory health care, computer literate with EMR experience preferred, moderate to advanced Spanish speaking skills and s! ensitivity to low income, ethnic minority communities. Must possess the ability to flourish in a team management system, have excellent leadership skills and a coaching approach to relationships.
