UNIT DESCRIPTION:
JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide professional nursing care through assess! ment, planning, intervention and evaluation. Meet the needs of! the patient, family members, and inter-disciplinary team through communication, coordination, evaluation and service excellence. Float to all three Denver area hospitals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
An RN degree from an accredited school of Nursing; BSN preferred
Current RN license to practice nursing in Colorado
A minimum of three years of recent/current hospital nursing experience in a Level II ED unit required. Experience in other areas (ICU, Tele, MedSurg) and a willingness to float to other areas a plus.
Previous float, travel, or contract agency experience required; Please make sure you include this experience on your resume
Current BLS for Healthcare providers required
Current ACLS for Critical Care and Telemetry RNs required
Willingness and reliable transportation to float between all three Denver area hospitals required
