Job Description

  • To identify market requirements and grow the business.
  • Responsible for detailed channel management and dealers’ target.
  • To monitor and build market shares in the market.
  • To lead dealers to achieve key performance measures and solve their inquiries on products, promotions and after-sales services.
  • To maximize brand presence and awareness in the market.
  • To manage channel development and relationship management.

Job Requirements

  • Working experience in the IT network or CCTV field is required.
  • Experience in managing distribution channel relationships in sales is preferred.
  • Have strong relationship management skills.
  • Resourceful and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills.
