The Schneider Development Program for Commercial is designed to facilitate the rapid development of high potential recent university graduates. The development is based upon different Commercial disciplines aimed to build Competencies through Education, Experience and Exposure.
During this 2-year program you will face 4 rotations (1 every 6 months) with the aim of exposing you to multifunctional teams within the different business units of the company, providing you with skills in the following matters:
- Project Management
- Sales B2B
- Sales B2C
- Business Development
- Customer Satisfaction & Quality
You will be able to gain accelerated expertise, along with the following benefits:

You may apply if:
- You are a Recent Graduate (December 2021 - July 2023)
- Bachelor degree in any Engineering or Business related career path (recommended but not limited to).
- Advanced English
- Previous professional experience (job, internship, volunteering) highly desired.
