1. Follow “ Janitor/security guards’ responsibilities” and other relevant company regulations
2. Check on the pass of incoming and out going personnel, vehicles and goods and make relevant record
3. Prevent those who do not follow laws and regulations from coming into company premises
4. Receive and register visiting personnel(related to company interest) and suppliers/contractors and provide necessary service
5. Receive and forward incoming mail and deliver them to the recipient and ask for their signature
6. Assist the guards in security patrol esp. night patrols
7. Hoist flags and keep flags properly
8. Call police when needs arise and actively involvement in contingency plan
9.Take care and familiar operate the Automatic fire fighting facilities. Closely follow up the automatic fire fighting facilities.
10.Fill in the duty record and hand over to other shift
11.Support to do the prevention and fire extinguishing.
